We are a full service CPA firm specializing in all aspects of accounting from bookkeeping  through audit services.  We submit an engagement letter to our clients in order to assure a clear understanding of the services to be rendered and applicable fees. We have completed six on site peer review achieving unqualified opinion reports on our financial statement work.  The most recent report was unqualified without comments.

• Audit, review & compilation:  We emphasize timely and accurate financial reporting to our clients.  We provide financial statements which are covered by our assurance that can range from the lowest level compilation to the highest level of an audit.  Lending institutions or government agencies often require reviews or audits.   During an audit or review, we develop a knowledge of the industry, which is essential in the preparation of financial statements. We provide non-profit audits as required by state and federal statutes.
• Financial forecasts & projections:  Sound business planning requires projections and forecasts. Such planning allows the business to anticipate capital needs and seek financing arrangements in advance of the need.  We can assist in the preparation of such plans and to examine, compile or complete agreed-upon procedures for them.
• Bookkeeping:  Our experienced staff can help you with all your small business accounting  needs. We have state of the art computer systems and a Certified QuickBooks^sm  ProAdvisor on staff.
• Payroll services:  We can provide assistance with all your payroll services from tax forms to generating your employee's payroll checks.
• Receivership:  We have knowledge and experience in assisting companies in the event their assets and liabilities are placed into receivership, by maintaining all necessary records and providing the appropriate services.
• Other accounting services:  We can provide services such as workman's compensation audits, independent contractor versus employee issues, record retention lists ,budget and forecasting, asset analysis, shareholder loan issues, review of corporate structure, board of directors meetings and minutes.
• Industry Analysis:  Industry analysis is pivotal to understanding a company's financial statements and performance. We do this by determining the proper standard industry code for a company and then by comparing the company to Industry statistics. This could also assist a potential buyer of a business to see if the investment would pay off according to industry standards to dertermine.
• Employee Recruiting:  We can provide you with the assistance you need in hiring candidates for your company's financial positions. As CPA's, we know first hand what it takes to get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. Having a long term relationship with our client, we get to know them and their staff as well as the company's needs.
