  • Tax Planning and Preparation: Establishing an overall plan for a client to obtain maximum after-tax income-well in advance of return filing. 
  • Stock Options: Analyzing various alternatives in the financing and tax treatment of the exercise of non-qualified and incentive stock options.
  • Trusts: Recommending that certain appreciated securities be gifted to a trust for benefit of the client's children when they reach 30 years of age.
  • Elder Care: Structuring a tax and financial plan that will assist a client to care for aging parents.
  • Credit Card Debt:  Assisting a client in restructuring credit card debt so as to make the interest tax deductible and using lower interest credit cards.
